The Tortenmanufaktur stands in Weidling near Klosterneuburg, five minutes from Vienna. From there come wedding cakes, birthday cakes and novelty cakes, each made singly by hand and discussed for your particular occasion. We deliver to Vienna, Lower Austria and Burgenland – or you collect your cake at the workshop.

The tradition of sugar-baking reaches back to the late Middle Ages, when the rise of sea trade brought precious sugar to Europe.
Only natural products were used to make that delicious baking – questionable “achievements” such as artificial baking aids were still a long way off.
At the Tortenmanufaktur, things are still done the old way.
